If I could rate this 0 stars I definitely would I had a issue with this customer who pretends to go by the name Steven, I went into the shop regarding a phone I work in a residential home with children and he promised me there was nothing wrong with this phone at all, when leaving a few days later there were things wrong with this phone he only glued it back together and sold me a bad phone when he told me it was in good condition bare in mind the little boy saved his money all year for this phone as it’s residential I was gutted he tried to blame the damage on the child even though this child was constantly has to be with a adult with his phone at all times the phone was sold broken and he would not give me a refund only said I could have PS25 pound back out of PS220 this upset me and left me feeling angry

Absolute gent , so helpful and polite I go there all the time , I like to know my phone or any technology is in safe hands , went today with a real problem worried it could not be put right , I felt so silly but he put my mind at rest and within half hour problem solved this mans a genius , also whilst waiting I asked about his new perfume range , I tried some testers and they were spot on so I also purchased a bottle that is exactly the same as D&G light blue they are not eude toilette they are parfum Absolutely worth PS12.50 better than PS40 ,thank you smartech

Excellent service and communication, got back my S21 by the agreed date screen was replaced and working perfectly fine, and for almost half the price quoted by the other shop down, well recommended
