My experience with this store is that they mistreated the trust of their customers. I took my old iPhone 6 Plus for repair, and initially, they said it was a screen issue and replaced it. But shortly after, the screen stopped responding. When I returned for repairs, they claimed it was an internal sensor problem. Initially, I didn’t want to repair it anymore and intended to trade it in for another phone from their store. Their suggestion was to pay PS40 for attempted repair, with no charge if unsuccessful, and then trade it for a better phone from their inventory. Trusting them, I followed their advice. They promised it would be repaired in four hours, but it took around three days. When I picked up the phone, I noticed a small cut on it (as shown in the picture), which infuriated me. When I asked why, they said it was necessary to make the repair. Although I felt uncomfortable at the time, I couldn’t come up with a counterargument, so I paid and left. However, upon reflection, this phone is my property, and the service I requested was to repair it while maintaining its original condition. Without my consent, they unlawfully damaged my property, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Regardless of their intentions, this action was disrespectful and harmed their reputation. I do not recommend going there.

The screen of my phone was unusable and all my pictures couldn’t be accessed/transferred anymore. My phone was under warranty so what i just wanted was to transfer my photos into a USB key. Other shops at Eltham pushed me to replace the screen to access my photo for PS100+. This shop understood exactly what i wanted. They saved my photos without replacing the screen and then i sent my phone for repair under warranty. The guy was honest and gave me a good price. I definitely recommend !

Went to get my phone screen repaired, which took a long time and despite they said it would be sorted out on the same day but it took over a week and I had to call them to see what was going on and they did not tell me that there was a broken part of the connector, delaying the whole process. About a week later the screen suddenly started to malfunction and stop working. I went back to them to sort it out under the warranty however they said they would not cover for this issue.
