Brought my MacBook Air after big water damage. The diagnostics cost 49 euros. I didn’t do the actual repair works they suggested (replacing track pad for 179 euro, Trackpad Flex for EUR89 and the keyboard for EUR259) since I had to leave Frankfurt in 2 days and there wasn’t enough time.
But the place looked professional, staff was friendly and spoke English.
Taking off 1 star since when I came to pick up my laptop it was still disassembled (even though I replied over email immediately after receiving diagnostics report that I’d come to pick it up) and I had to come the next day to pick it up.
The cashier/consultant is a nice guy. He’s very friendly and underatanding. I brought my macbook with a graphics defect here and they repaired it in time. However since it broke again a year later i had to come back but this time the problem couldn’t be repaired. They didn’t make any drama and gave back my money as i had a guarantee for 1year.

Great Service, professional staff. I didn’t want to require the repair to my 2 month old phone. However when the screen is beyond broken you want to find a place that takes pride in what they do. Security is evident in how they handle your device from handover to pick up. I have already suggested their services to friends with pride. You won’t be disappointed.
