Simple problem: accumulated gunk in the charging port swiftly sorted in 5 minutes. The owner of this business is a very nice bloke and is in possession of the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in waiting for anything. He wouldn’t sell it though. Best place in Carlisle for getting your phone ‘phixed’. All work done in house so no need to hang around waiting for a phone to be returned after it’s been sent somewhere else. Highly recommended.
5 star service! Recently smashed my phone which deemed it unusable but had allot of important pictures and data still on the phone. Smartphix went above and beyond and accessed my broken phone and transferred everything to my new one. Which was very time consuming! and thanks to them have everything back on a new phone.
