Would have given a straight 5 because the person was initially really helpful in trying to help me out in my issue, but a low rating was immediately followed by a big paragraph of why I gave that many stars..be careful if you don’t like the service or rate it low the owner can always spend the time to find you on facebook and write you about it as rudely as it can be done. Atleast that’s what happened with me.
I am baffled with the high reviews. I went to repair my Moto G phone’s audio which was not working. The guy didn’t have any intention to serve me. He said the phone will break if he tries to open it and asked to do an hard reset of the phone and install an older Android version to check if it works. I went to another shop where the problem was solved with just 20 Euro.
What a lovely man I thought my charging port was broken and my battery was dead. He took a close look with his microscope and took the tweezers to it. Fixed the charging port and worked out my battery was fine. And he then refused any payment.
And my phone is now fine! I will definitely be back when I actually have a problem
