I’m editing this review because they made a “complaint” about it so I will give a more detailed feedbak. The service given here was very poor, the customer service was definetely inexistant (check other “bad” experiences because it seems that the “good” ones are highly innacurate – why could that be).

When you leave your phone with them for “repair” it may come back worst than it initially was and they want you to pay to get it back. This place should be closed imo.

This shop has gone above an beyond to fix my phone. The screen was having ghost touches and they opened up the screen to look in the phone, for free, to make sure it wasn’t a loose wire or anything. Then they proceeded with the repair and there was another problem but he came and fixed it again for free. I’m so happy and impressed by their professionalism and handywork.

I recently had an outstanding experience at the service center. The staff was exceptionally helpful and professional. They not only addressed issue promptly but also informed throughout the process. The service was completed efficiently. I highly recommend this service center for their excellent customer service and expertise.
