I came yesterday with a problem with my tablet which suffer the water. He told me it’s the display so I need a new one. I asked his if he can fix it TODAY? He answered me “tomorrow will be done”. I asked him again can you today? He told me that maybe, so I was ok, like how he sounds was like 70% sure that he can do it today. I came after 2 h to check, I found my tablet with a broken display and a non-working touchscreen left in a corner. He took the tablet and showed me that is not working and told me that he can’t do it today so he can tomorrow. I said ok put the old screen back and I will bring it back tomorrow. But actually he can’t tomorrow but he can Monday. I asked for the price, he told me his “work” is 38EUR, shocked I was like “38 EUR for opening my tablet, doing experiments on the tablet and put the old screen back”. I said ok I want to pay with the card, he told me that I can’t and told me to find an ATM. I wanted to go and offensively he told me to leave the tablet there. Turning back I pay the 38EUR and he wished me a good day, I told him that I want the receipt. He said that the aparat is not working and showed me the door, while inviting the next costumer. I told him that I want the receipt and I’m not going without it. And this is what he gave me. A paper bag as a receipt with a stamp on it…

Not recommend

Went to repair phone and it was told to me that 2 components were broken and needed to be ordered (60EUR more expensive than only one of the components). For me it didn’t make sense why the two components were broken so I went to another store which told me that only one component is broken.
In the second store they confirmed that only one component is broken and it would make no sense at all to order the second component, so I had the feeling that Smartphoneklinik was using the situation to unnecessarily order a component which was not broken just to make more money.

Unfortunately I can only report bad experiences. For one thing, the store was already very unreliable. I asked if a repair would be possible within 45 minutes and was told yes. In fact it took 2.5 hours.
Even more serious: the display repair was also done very poorly. After picking it up, I noticed that the display crunched when you held it firmly in your hand. Unfortunately, the display broke again after just two days without the cell phone falling down. Of course, responsibility was rejected with the comment: this could only be a case of fall damage.!
