I would give zero star if I can. This business isn’t providing genuine service, avoid at all cost as it’s a rip off!!

Came to replace my Samsung S9+ battery, obviously because the phone’s battery health isn’t doing great anymore. They ordered a battery online and said would contact me when it’s arrived. Heard nothing for a week until I popped into the store again and they asked to come in the next day for battery replacement.

My battery’s health was 78% before replacement. After collecting my mobile an hour later, checked my ‘new’ battery’s life and expected it to show 100%, it shows 78% still.

Went to the shop again and questioned why a ‘new’ battery would still show the same percentage of battery life, the answer I got was “you asked for battery replacement and we replaced for you”. Then being told that I need to charge it for 12 hours… but after 2 hours of charging, the battery life dropped to 52%.

It’s like they replaced your dying remote control with a dead battery!! Do not even try to get any services from this dishonest business!!

If you don’t want your phone repaired and wanna waste time, this is the best shop. Very poor service and irresponsible people. They forget simply in ordering parts and every time you walk in to know status, they just bluffs, then again forgets and this repeats.

My laptop’s keypads were not working and needed to be repaired. I took it to this business, and it was mended faster than I thought! The keypad works much better, and I am quite pleased with the customer service I received. Thank you very much.
