I went in to get my laptop fixed as my laptop screen was loose at one side and I could see the wires. Was told it would be an PS80 job so I agreed and was told I would get a phone call from the technician if the price would be higher so I could agree whether to go through with it. Didn’t hear back so I phoned and was told that it would be PS150 and it is already fixed so I came in and found that a new screen was on and there were parts missing and wires exposed. I was extremely disappointed in this and asked them to fix it the way it was when I brought it in, but told that it was impossible and they had already thrown out that part, even though it was perfectly okay and hadn’t been damaged. The woman who I spoke to was condescending, asked me why I wouldn’t just buy a second hand laptop if it wasn’t good enough for me. Now that I have brought my laptop home it overheats due to it not being fixed properly, and I have to cover the wires with tape. I am now looking to pay even more elsewhere to get it fixed because of the incompetency from this business, which is disgusting, and I am extremely disappointed. Don’t go here unless you want to come back with a half fixed laptop.
