I went into the store today as my laptop was on its last legs, and was being temperamental in turning itself off and wouldn’t come back on. Phil was able to find the fault with the laptop and get it working and was then able to transfer my files onto a pen drive (life saver). When I returned to the store, myself and Phil had a chat about what sort of laptop I would need to be able to run my music software. Because I paid for the fault finding and transferring of files, Phil very generously knocked PS50 off the price of the laptop and also provided me with Norton virus protection free of charge. Honestly made my day, a really nice & down to earth bloke who was very helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough

Amazing service would highly recommend. Our computer had the blue screen of death and there was nothing that could be done to fix it.

Stupidly none of our files were backed up but Phil was able to rescue all our files and put them onto a USB absolute life saver!!

He completely restored our computer and gave us info on how to back up and keep our computer running in good condition.

Phil recently replaced a keyboard on a laptop for me. He impresses immediately with his in-depth knowledge and explained everything very clearly.
