Wanted truly local assistance. One call. Appointment at my place made and kept. Needed two old Apples sorted out. One – a laptop – given new large hard drive and up to date operating system (which Apple have made it difficult to get over the net) and the other sorting out an Apple desktop I have used virtually every day for the last 9 years. Now much faster but still takes for ever to boot up so needs new hard drive – hardly surprising after this time. Quote for new drive update awaited. Cost of work was very reasonable. Great to meet guys who know what they are doing and who do not suck their teeth when you tell them of a problem – rather they sort it out. Highly recommended.
Fantastic service. Got them to upgrade iMac hdd to ssd – a job I had been putting off as it required lugging the computer to some remote place. But hours after I asked for a quote the engineer came to my house and did it there and then. A really fiddly job and the engineer was cheerful and informative throughout. My computer is transformed. Brilliant, exceptional service and good value.
Helped with a computer that was in a continual cycle of restarting / updating – from everything I’d read and everyone I’d spoken to I thought it was going to have to be wiped, but the technician managed to not only save the laptop but everything on there too. Absolutely invaluable as it was my late father’s laptop and had some family photos on there. Forever grateful!
