Inferior service and no code of ethics towards customers. They sell a refurbished Type-A laptop, but before leaving, I try powering it up, but the battery is dead. No problem, just come back if it doesn’t work. I charge it, and it doesn’t power up. I go back, and they give you all the attitude in the world. The excuse of covide-19 you can’t just come back and exchange your laptop, but there was no problem when I came to you and gave you my money. They finally exchange it with no operating system when it clearly says that it comes with Windows 10 professional. So now I need to wait 40 minutes if I want them to install the operating system. If this happened only once, I wouldn’t say anything, but this is the fourth negative experience with this company, so, in the end, they don’t care about good service. They want your money without returning good service.

Worse company ever! This so called place of business has zero warranty, I bought a high end motherboard from them, brought it home it was doa dead went back the next day! They told me too bad. didn’t want to exchange it, didn’t want to issue a refund and they didn’t even want to rma it for me, whatever u buy there u buy at your own risk because what u get is what your going to keep. All of their stuff is refurbished with zero warranty and if you want to pay by credit card they will add an extra 2% to the cost that practice is highly illegal. Very very shady place of business.

Just bought a monitor and realized it was the wrong one we came back and exchanged it for the right one without any issues these guys are true professionals and have great customer service.
