Unfortunately, it turns out most of the actual products they sell are also cheap, so it was hard to figure out what to buy. I got a wire to charge my cell phone with, which I soon had to exchange because the wrong fit was sold to me despite having shown them my phone. I also went to print a few pages, which took me about 10 minutes because the printer was giving me undecipherable errors and the staff didn’t want to try much harder than tell me that my file was corrupted, not to mention that I had to ask them for help after 5 minutes of the printer beeping uncontrollably with errors.
Perhaps their repair service is of higher quality (although they weren’t able to fix any of the several electronic devices I brought to them, so presumably they can only help with computers), but I would absolutely not recommend this place to someone looking for decent electronics nor quality assistance for them.
Edit 1: In the center response below, they claim that they put my TV in the hallway the moment they called me (asking to come and get it). It turns out that it took me a few days (3 or 4) to go get the TV (as if it were possible, during the week, to go immediately, the moment they call you!). This means that the TV was sitting there for SOME DAYS at least.
Edit 2: Notice that (in their response) they say nothing about the 33 days in the dark, with no news at all. They don’t call you to tell you that one week (as predicted) has turned into 33 days. Just a lazy service.
After 3 weeks of waiting period to fix the keyboard on my laptop (i paid in advance and they asked me to do so), i went back to the store, they said that the order for the keyboard was cancelled and they will get back to me in 2-3 days finding more affordable option. 6 more days passed by, i went back to the store again and I said that i wanted my money back since i still didn’t get my problem resolved.
They didn’t reimbursed me. In addition, They still charged me for the system format (which in this case they initially told me that the problem was KEYBOARD.) and obviously there was no apology for such a long delay.
