I’ve bought several computers in the past 25 years usually from big stores like NCIX (no longer around) and Memory Express in more recent years. As I was shopping for a new system I came across Sonex in Richmond. Prices were great and decide to order my new system from them despite the fact it was across town from me. Somehow I was expecting a big store but it’s a small shop with a very knowledgeable guy. I ordered a system with some upgrades and it was ready to pick up the next day! Johnson is like a computer butler! He had run all sorts of hardware test to make sure everything was in order, left some screenshots and gave good advice on selecting some hardware components. Outstanding and personable service, he’s now my go-to computer guy.

Super knowledgeable and very trust worthy as he is not trying to sell you to just make a quick dollar, but he actually wants you to get a good quality PC for a good price! Even throughout the whole process he sent me updates daily and finished the PC way quicker than I thought he would (because he had to order specific items for me).
