However, upon arriving at the store, I was disappointed to learn that the TV model we had specifically requested was not available for sale at that moment. Naturally, this was a bit frustrating since we had called ahead to confirm its availability. But here’s where things turned around and why I’m writing this review.
The owner of Jsonic, upon realizing the situation, went above and beyond to make good on their promise.
Despite the initial hiccup, I appreciate the way Jsonic handled the situation and ensured that we left the store as satisfied customers. It’s evident that customer service and integrity are important values to them. I’m glad we gave Jsonic a chance, and I’d certainly consider returning for future electronic purchases.

On and off while watching a program, LG suggested it was a bad

For repair or exchange, I decided to call and asked them for an
Exchange for another TV which would cost me about $900 more for an upgrade
Told them I had it for over 4 months, they said no problem just
Bring it to door # 4 and they will take care of it, when I got there

JUST GOT A RESPONSE JUNE 20 FROM THE OWNER AND THE SO CALLED FIXING THE
ISSUE CAME TO NOTHING, BLAMING IT ON THE RECEPTIONIST FOR THE INFORMATION
SHE GAVE ME, IN OTHER WORDS THEY GOT AN INCOMPETENT STAFF NOT WELL
INFORMED WITH THEIR POLICIES,SO WHY EVEN BOTHER ME TO SEND AN EMAIL
AND MAKE THEMSELVES LOOK GOOD ?

So to end this “rant”, not worth it if you value your time, especially if you don’t live close by.
