I recently needed to rent some equipment from Soo Video TV. The event was my mother’s Celebration of Life and it was extremely important that the equipment work. George, from Soo Video, was more than helpful and spent a great deal of time showing me how to set everything up so that there would be no issues during this very emotional service. I would highly recommend this business. In addition to being professional, they also understood how important this was and went out of their way to be both compassionate and helpful.

Bought a HUGE Kenmore new microwave from Sears before they went bankrupt. Tried for WEEKS to get it serviced or replaced. Frustrated beyond belief, I dropped it off at Soo Video Tv & they left me a message the same day, before closing, that it was fixed at to come pick it up. What Sears couldn’t do, Soo Video TV did in a just a few hours! BAFFLING!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would! I went back and they even fixed my ancient 26 year old original Kenmore I was going to throw out! INCREDIBLE!!!

Thank you George and Julie for the service you gave to us when we were in their store …wanted to shout out and tell everyone that the customer service you gave us was over and above… I would never have received that kind of service in a big box store …if anyone’s looking to purchase TV video electronics, this is a place to go.
