Can’t thank Liam enough, I am so grateful for the help we received today. My daughter’s friend was staying for the weekend when her phone completely broke which meant she couldn’t contact her family back home, I emailed Liam on Friday night and he replied immediately saying he would be happy to help. Took the phone in the next day, thinking it would be beyond repair, only for Liam to get it working again the same day. Can’t recommend Liam enough, he went above and beyond for us and genuinely wanted to help with our situation. Absolutely fantastic service and I highly recommend Sorted iT, this is the only place I will ever use in the future.
Liam was was great at communicating the issue with my sons tablet, how he could fix it and honest that if it was worth fixing rather than paying for it to be fix and it breaking again within a short period of time. He also managed to fix the tablet before my holiday so my could watch it on the plane. He was helpful and friendly, and I felt it was good value for money. Will use him again
