Daniel at Soton Computer Repairs is a gem! I couldn’t have asked for better service. Although he couldn’t fix my external hard drive, he provided me with a replacement at a really great price. That works perfectly. And with a same day turn around (which was more like a few hours!) His friendly approach made the whole experience even better! Plus, the fact that he lives just a 2-minute walk from my place was a hilarious bonus for this recluse.

The fella was quick to reply. I felt like he listened to my problem and returned it the next day, explained what the issue was and gave advice about backing my laptop up (as it is getting old). He also didn’t speak to me like an idiot like some computer smarties because you don’t know or understand computers!

Really good service i initially went to get mac fixed so it could start again as it suddenly shutdown. He fixed that issue and ended up fixing my cracked screen, upgraded my hard drive and now it’s as if I have a brand new laptop. Really fast service as well, couldn’t be happier. Yeah
