Had a great repair experience with David! He was a pleasure to chat with and a very experienced tech. I took my computer in for a repair for what I thought was a software issue, however he quickly diagnosed it as a GPU fault. This was after countless attempts of my own diagnosing, and David managed to not only see me on the same day, but repair it within an hour. Within this hour, he also updated my bios to the latest version going above and beyond! The cherry on top was how reasonable the prices were. It is an honest business with great staff of knowledgeable people. Will definitely return in the future if I have anymore faults. Thanks again David!
I highly recommend South Wales Computers. David was very helpful and got the job done. Everything was fixed on my PC to a high standard and the price was great for what he did. Issues were resolved quickly and was thoroughly checked. Would definitely come back for any other issues.
They did a top job on my girlfriends laptop which sounded like it was trying to eat its self luckily after a test and disassemble the falt was found and new fans were added top job and reasonably priced thanks a lot guys and gals.
She now sits back were she belongs.
