My lap top screen hinges broke, and since I run a small business relying on my lap top very heavily I was a bit desperate. Mark was able to mend the laptop for me having to replace the screen housing completely which cannot have been easy. He also did it in a timely fashion which I am most grateful for. Thanks so much Mark for all you help and initial advice when I chose the lap top in the first place a few years ago. I would certainly recommend Mark and his services to anyone needing any help with computers.

We recently contacted Mark with a problem regarding our printer not connecting to our computer. He quickly identified the issue and advised us that there was a fault with the printer itself. New printer on order and Mark will connect it all for us .
I cannot recommend Mark enough , especially as he took time to explain the steps he was doing to locate problem and how to fix simple issues when using a printer.
