We used to run everything on our own servers and after a crash one day in 2013, Sean from Spencer Micro was able to recover the information and at the same time helped us change the way we managed IT, by providing us with a cloud based approach. It was a life saver and I understand the business continues to use the same systems

I turned on my computer this morning following an update and all my files had completely disappeared. I’m at uni so that’s pretty much all my work from the year as I hadn’t backed up much of it- typical student!!! I tried calling the repair shop the uni recommended and they told me that my files could have been deleted and that there was a long waiting list for repairs anyway.
As you can imagine, I was panicking but within half an hour of calling Sean, he had recovered my files. It’s almost exam season and I’d have been absolutely lost without my work- about a 100 different documents! I can’t tell you how grateful I am and I recommend Sean 100%. Life Saver! (have now backed up my files! 🙂
