Excellent service from these guys, and that’s really the key thing when it comes to this industry in my opinion. I went in with a rough idea of a PC build I wanted to do – but I’m no expert. Had a sit down with Rory and discussed back and forth what he had to say about certain parts or certain setups. (Like if its worth it to set up a separate boot drive) I ended up buying one of their custom builds off the shop floor as it was just what I was looking for in a gaming PC.

Rory does his own builds and has a variety of price points if you’re looking for a gaming PC. He had a 2000$ – 3000$ and 4000$ build when I was there, I’m sure he has others if you asked them. I ended up going for the 4000$ build he had because I wanted to spoil myself. Works excellent.

And while I may be talking up Rory here as I dealt primarily with him because his wheelhouse is gaming PC’s – all the other staff members were equally friendly and helpful. Made me feel really welcome and like each one of them really wanted to help me out.

This is probably the one and only review I’m ever gonna take the time to write on Google, but these guys deserved it with how well they helped me get a setup I was looking for.

Let’s face it there are thousands of computer stores out there yet the one detail that almost all of them lack is the focus on customer service and the personal touch that most of these shops almost always fail to deliver, Sprite is the one shining example of the personalized, knowledgeable customer experience that is so needed these days and Sprite never fails to deliver! I’ve always been impressed by the ability of the Sprite team to deliver above and beyond service with a level of professionalism that is impressive in this day and age! The only place to go for your computer and technology needs!

I’ve been a computer guy for over forty years. I’m the guy that everyone asks for computer help. So, where do I go when I need computer help? I go to the guys at Sprite, they are really the computer guy’s computer guys. Their customer service is also excellent, in purchasing a desktop computer, Rory, the guy I deal with understood my needs, gave me options, made helpful suggestions and created the perfect solution for my needs. I wanted it delivered and was happy to pay the cost but Rory delivered it in person. This morning I ordered a laptop from them, I said there was no rush but it will be delivered tomorrow and cost less than the online retailers. Now that’s what I call service.
