I have used the service twice for my blackberry key2. They staff was polite each time. First time a battery replacement and second time a screen replacement. The service was each time efficient and fast. The first time around no issues and no scratches. The second time around the aluminium frame had 11 scratches on the frame which irritates me a bid. I covered it with a permanent marker but … the device was in literally new condition without any visible marks or scratches. The OAM part is about GBP 33 for the screen and the service was GBP 140. I would not have an issue with the pricing if it was done to perfection i.e. no scratches.
The response from square repair is a “gentleman” like response. I will come back to that.
The touch screen on my Google pixel 6 pro died while we were in the UK on holiday from Australia. Everything was stored on the phone including banking payment apps, prepaid tickets and return flight tickets. Google maps was also inaccessible so finding our way around was a problem.
Square Repair were able to replace the screen and the whole process couldn’t have been easier. From booking an appointment on the Square Repair website and dropping off the phone at their office block to collecting the phone complete with a new screen took no more than 2 hours.

Used their mail-in service for a pixel battery replacement, phenomenal turnaround time: posted on Tuesday morning from Bristol, and it was back in my hands Thursday afternoon. My old interim phone barely had time to run its updates.
