My very vital laptop that I use for all home and work business was in dire need of servicing and some belated TLC! Damian came round per prearranged appointment and very carefully and diligently attended to all my ‘headaches’- the fundamentals of backup, storage, programme updates all sorted, as well as connecting up to my computer a vinyl/MP3 converter I’d had no idea how to get functioning. Also sorted the laptop with additional memory as needed, and advised on how to get my printer working again. All this and a few other important bits and bobs in just a couple of hours so not just an amazingly professional and comprehensive service but tremendous value also. Damian is my go-to person for our computer problems. I first met him when I had a serious security issue with the pc which entailed wiping the hard drive and re-installing and setting up everything again. He also installs and renews Bullguard for the pc and two tablets and I believe this is a top piece of anti-virus software. Since first meeting him I have not hesitated to continue to use him and on a number of occasions he has given me free advice on issues which have not needed an actual home visit. So I have no hesitation in highly recommending him. My original very worrying situation had its silver lining as through it I met Damian which for a very untechy person has been a real plus!

My PC stopped working so i asked SR Computers to help. Damian came to my house and through a very thorough process of elimination established that I had an issue with my GPU. Once the GPU was removed the PC functioned as before albeit it now requires a new GPU (on order) that will see me back to slighlty better than before.
