Shaun was really professional and I could tell from our discussion very knowledgeable. We arranged for him to collect my Laptop and he explained everything to me in an IT language that I understood , which rarely happens with IT gurus. He explained the costs fully and timescales. He returned it to me working better than ever and spent some time helping me reconfigure it and explaining a few things that have been a light bulb moment for me. Very nice chap to trust your laptop with which is always a worry. I could not recommend Shaun highly enough, fast efficient, value for money and up and above service you can have confidence in.

Prompt reply to my call for assistance and options discussed and agreed to fix problem with hard drive. Good communication throughout process. Shaun collected hard drive from home address, returned it and assisted with set up / installation. Great service, would use again and recommend to friends
