Simon was exceptional. I found Ss on Google trying to fix my phone that wasn’t charging. I noticed Ss not only had hundreds of reviews it also had all 5* ones which is very unusual. I decided to call Ss and spoke with Simon who was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came within 20mins and fixed the charging port within 10mins. He was respectful also of my property and very polite too. The cost to fix my phone without me even leaving my house was very reasonable and the service first class. I have no hesitation to recommend Ss and Simon. Brilliant! Keep up the great service!

Couldn’t thank Mohammad enough, he went above and beyond for me when I thought the SD card from my camera had had it… I snapped my SD card and thought all my holiday photos were lost, I tried so many people before SS repairs but no one could help me. Mohammad was prompt and so helpful, such good communication to keep me up to date with progress and only took under a day to recover my photos! Beyond grateful for all your help, would recommend to anyone, even when you’ve lost hope.

This man is an actual lifesaver!!! My sister’s phone went off completely in the middle of the night and she desperately needed it in order to meet a deadline.
