Ian is absolutely brilliant! My laptop suddenly ran into a “blue screen of death issue” and after spending 3 hours trying to fix it myself I knew I couldn’t. I did a Google quick search and found Ian.

I texted him and he responded really promptly.

He kindly collected my laptop on his way home from work and asked me what was going on.

I explained my problem and told him that I was desperate for the repair ASAP as I am self employed and need my laptop for work.

Ian took it away and 4.5hrs later it was fixed, and once again he kindly dropped it off for me at home.

Ian went absolutely above and beyond. My laptop is fixed and running brilliantly and the cost was very very reasonable.

I thought my world had come crashing down when my computer refused to boot up and developed software issues. For the first time in my life, I was unable to resolve the problem by myself and thought I would soon be paying out for a new computer. Luckily, I phoned up Stocksbridge Computers and was impressed by the professionalism and the speed at which my computer was fixed. To top it off, my computer was personally collected and dropped off when it was repaired. Now that is great service ! Lastly, the price was very reasonable and it was certainly worth paying the small sum rather than paying out for a new lap top. On the whole I would recommend this company and I would certainly go back.

My PC was suffering from one Windows upgrade too many. It had been getting sluggish and finally gave up the ghost. I took it to Ian in the hope that he could save the files that I’d not got round to backing up, but I was resigned to having to splash out on a new computer. Not now! He’s backed up my files and installed a super fast solid state drive, which means the computer is running better than ever. Excellent service and very reasonable pricing. Highly recommended!
