Ordered an all in one pc for my son and payed extra for a keyboard arrived within a few days but upon setting the pc up there was no WiFi driver so contacted the company who arranged for it to be sent to them just the pc and not the keyboard item was picked up the next day then 6 days later I get an email saying the item couldn’t be fixed as there was a problem with the screen this wasnt what it went in for and they would give me a refund or an alternative I chosen the refund as no other items available so they applied the refund for the pc but not the keyboard as I still had this and it wasn’t faulty to my reply what good is the keyboard without the pc so they accepted I could get a refund if I returned the item to them with me having to pay the postage which I think is wrong and explain this in an email to them to a replay from a snotty woman saying if I went the right way of sending it wouldn’t cost me much so now my son is left without a pc and just a keyboard I’m not going to bother sending it back as it wasn’t that expensive so would just be wasting money on the returns cost so please watch what your buying form them I will never order here again they have now agreed to pay the postage and this was there reply quote from Sarah I’m sorry to hear you feel this way, but as advised the keyboard itself isn’t faulty. The cost of return postage wouldn’t be a great deal, it all depends on which service you select.

I received an incorrect fault computer as the SSD was 500gb and not 1tb. I phoned to advise and was lead round in circles untill an engineer remotely connected and advised that I was correct.

In the time I had the pc it would randomly black screen and not turn back on. This happened numerous times.

This was then returned under warranty and I requested a full refund as due to the unreliability of the unit I did not want it back.

The pc was collected on your behalf by DPD so I could not track the unit.

I waited weeks for a refund and contacted numerous times as I had not received it only to be told that the unit had been lost and it was my responsibility to find it, even though I could not track it because you arranged collection and I was advised I would not be receiving my refund of PS600 untill it had been found.

After trying over and over again to sort this out with yourselves, being passed from finance, to reception, to I.T with no one taking responsibility or helping me at all with the refund and my money being held hostage I had to resort to contacting my bank and opening a dispute.

I spent long saved money to treat myself which I have not done in years to result in a faulty product, bad customer service and lots of stress.

I hope this reaches management and something is done so others do not get left in the same situation I was left in as it was an absolute shambles to deal with you as a company.

Returned my computer as the speakers didn’t work when it arrived. I got it back with a cracked screen so send it back for repair again. 4 days later I was told they can’t repair it we’re going to give you a refund. Now I have to be at home again for the 3rd time for DPD to pick it up before they’re going to give me the refund. Pickup time between 9:00 and 17:00. What a disaster.
