Just got my broken laptop back from Tom at Storm Components: New SSD and Windows 7 upgrade. Terrific job and excellent price very quickly completed (less than 3 days after taking it in). I have now used Tom about 5 times and have never been disappointed by his quality of work coupled with really good prices. Nice approachable guy with a lot of knowledge, I would recommend him to anyone with a computer problem looking for good service and not to be ripped off. Thanks again Tom. Geoff
Tom literally saved my degree. IT services in the uni library couldn’t help me and they recommended Storm Components. Went in Thursday with my laptop which wasn’t turning on at all and I had a deadline Monday, he fixed it and I got it back Friday, he was willing to save data while fixing it so I could work on my coursework as well. Thank you!!!
Even though Tom could not undertake my printer repair. He kindly took the time to email me twice with lots of useful information to help me try to get it working again. Wonderful customer service! Will definitely be using Storm again should I need any help with PC’s etc.
