At the start of the lockdown, Straight To It assisted me with bringing my IT set up from home to work. What would’ve been a difficult process to get the wire I needed due to the shops being shut, was made quick and easy by Straight To It by having a HDMI to VGA cable available on hand. Straight To It were able to identify the type of wire I needed to use from just a picture which I provided of the available ports on my laptop and monitor. After recommending the wire they walked me through extending my display from my laptop to my monitor which allowed me to work just as effectively at home with no issues. They provided a friendly and professional service throughout and I would definitely recommend them!

A friend of mine purchased and was able to setup his new gaming computer for himself. Having no technical experience, I was unable to follow in his footsteps. However, after purchasing the required parts for my own gaming computer, I was able to reach out to Straight To IT, who sent an engineer to set up my new gaming computer. The Engineer was very helpful, at the time an additional part was required, which the engineer established but was able to proceed to completing the setup through to installation, leaving me to take the credit.

I had an iMac which had gotten slower over time due to age and I explained to Straigh To It that I needed help with getting it working again and they were extremely helpful. He got it repaired and back to working order and also saved me having to spend loads of money buying a new one as the Apple Store advised me to. Thank you for repairing my computer and the free ring stand for my iPhone which is very useful to use as a stand. I highly recommend Straight To It!
