I had a fairly simple job to do, so I asked John to come help me perform the work, with full compensation, instead of handing it off to him. He was incredibly accommodating, and more than happy to help share knowledge, so I could perform this particular job myself in the future. He said he was pleased to see someone was interested in the trade!
Such a refreshing attitude after being bluntly turned away by other repair providers in the area. Friendly, incredibly capable, very knowledgeable. I couldn’t recommend them enough.
John was amazing with my MacBook Pro. I had a busy schedule of deadlines where I really couldn’t afford to have downtime without my machine. John was extremely flexible to allow minimal impact on my work. He was honest in that the job didn’t turn out to be as complicated as he originally thought and so offered to charge less. People that honest are few and far between. Would gladly recommend John. In fact, we’ll be using him a lot more as we grow our team in the coming months.
