So happy with the service I got from Shahin. My previous company let me keep the company MacBook when I left, but they had a firmware lock so it was basically useless. When I searched for answers on the internet, most people say it’s impossible to remove a lock like this and you should just get rid of the MacBook. However, Shahin was able to remove the lock and now I can use the laptop and it’s just like new. Communication was excellent and it was all done at a fair price. Highly recommend.

I didn’t know whether my Dell laptop needed a new charger or it was the charging port that was damaged, thankfully it was the charger. They sold me a charger for the very reasonable price of PS45 (currently PS40 on Amazon). He also dusted inside and out and cleaned with an antistatic spray for PS25, it’s a 5-10 min job, but the main thing was that he showed me, and now I know how to do it myself – and that it needs doing occasionally to avoid the laptop overheating.

Bad and broken English, trying to tell me my laptop is dead because I spilled some coke on it ( I explained laptop has been working fine for a few days now and I just need them to clean it because 2 keys are sticky). Then proceeded to tell me they can clean it but if it doesn’t work it’s not their fault. Obviously, I’ll go to a different place.
