Popped in to see Ollie last week as my almost new iPhone had stopped working. He wasn’t there but saw another guy who advised my touch screen wasn’t working. He recommended I get onto my supplier with the phone being so new as a new screen was PS100+ with him. Got my phone back today repaired free of charge by my supplier. Very grateful for the advice and the fact that there wasn’t any hard sell whatsoever to get me to buy a screen from them. Great service and advice as always.
My 18 month old iPhone se2020 wouldn’t turn on. I got a new iPhone 11 from EE, but I couldn’t transfer the data !. He had it for about an hour – and BINGO all done !. I bought a new case for the iPhone 11, and wanted to buy my old phone !. Happy days for me and him !. So nice to have someone who is honest and genuine and does the job right !!. We have often pop in & get cases, screen covers, chargers etc… always been excellent but today was exceptional I dropped my phone & cracked the corner of screen, popped up & they replaced & had it ready within 15 mins & very reasonably priced & always so helpful! Excellent 5 star service
