Came in with water damaged MacBook. They provided a free diagnostic and cleaned up the water. They were very thorough with the diagnostic and explained in detail what was wrong. Also provided a very fair price for the screen replacement. I really appreciate the quality of the service they provided and how they maintained open communication throughout the whole process, any time I wanted an update or had questions they were available.
