My problem was a non charging laptop. This was a straight forward problem & hastily diagnosed by Vlad. Most impressive though, because a deadline was involved, the parts required were delivered personally by Vlad to my home after he finished at the shop later in that evening. This was most appreciated. I cannot guarantee that this is a service normally provided by them but it does show a level of commitment by Subnet1. Subnet has been my go to place for years. In that time, they’ve repaired mobile phones, laptops and my daughter’s university Mac Book.
