Dropped my laptop off on a whim as it needed a new hard drive. James managed to run further diagnostic checks and after confirming the hard drive was the issue he had replaced it with a new one and had it back to me only a few hours later. Quality and friendly service with updates every step of the way. Very reasonably priced as well! Will be going back to James with any computer issues I have moving forwards. 5 star company!
