One word, Avoid.

Went to see for a broken Google pixel screen. On the positive the screen was fixed. However, after 2 days after the screen was replaced the phone started freezing ( see attached photo). I took the phone back and was told the screen had been fixed and there was nothing wrong with the screen. The shop assistant then explained sometimes when removing the screen from the phone the motherboard becomes damaged. It would have been useful to have known this before. So I now have a new screen with a phone that doesn’t work.

There was no offer for further support or any partial refund or an apology I wasn’t warned of the risks before agreeing to a repair. Disappointing and I would advise to avoid.

really bad experience with the owner. claimed he could fix the phone and after several days told us he found more errors on the phone and it might cost more than originally said we asked for a full refund. then took the phone to another shop called DISTEX. Which I would refer to anyone excellent customer service and fixed our phone while we waited for cheaper than originally quoted by these

Sunny was very helpful when I took my phone in for repair. He explained the process carefully, the repair was looked at quickly and his charges were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and would confidently use his services again
