Yesterday I could not get into my phone by using PIN, finger print or face recognition. I took my phone into Sunshine Communications this morning and explained the problem to a young man. He consulted with a team member and confirmed my phone had been hacked. No idea how that happened but it required a hard reset and asked me to come back in 20 minutes. When a returned Georgia took over and started to restore my phone settings and Apps. Considering I could have had to start from scratch, Georgia got most of my Apps back. and most importantly my emails and messages. She was knowledgable, quick, polite and efficient. I could not believe the modest cost. Thank you.
Bought some screen protectors for my new devices here. Amazing and friendly team, great service and will be returning in future if I need anything electronics related.

Extremely friendly and helpful. They were able to transfer data from my (to my knowledge) dead Samsung fold 4 to my new fold 6. I came back when it had finished and not only was everything done, but they had repaired my old phone in the process and the fee was extremely affordable. Thanks heaps!
