I came to this place with a SIM card issue as there was no signal on my phone. After a quick check the owner said it was a common problem with all iPhone 12s and straight away decided to replace the SIM card slot – he took PS120 upfront. That was my biggest mistake. When the problem was “fixed” I came back for a collection and the issue was back in an hour. As a short term solution he put a little piece of paper in between the card and phone’s motherboard to convince me the slot has been replaced. I decided to order a new SIM card and it works now which means the slot was not broken – that was just a card issue. I came back today to discuss this problem but he doesn’t even want to listen, raising up his voice and saying that he’s done the job (yeah, job that was not needed due to a misdiagnosis). For some reason he doesn’t have the old part (which makes more and more sense now). When I’m asking him to give the broken part back, he refuses saying he threw it in the bin. Instead of finding a solution he’s using emotional tricks referring to his faith and saying he does not need my money because he’s driving a PS50+ Tesla (so why doesn’t he want to give at least half of the money back?). Don’t use this guy’s service honestly and especially never pay anything upfront, otherwise if something goes wrong you will regret – he does not even want to listen when you try to explain that maybe not everything was perfect. He will never let you speak and won’t give you any penny back (or parts that belong to you). He is living in a bubble of his huge ego (that makes him think he’s a genius), he will never admit to mistake and does not want to hear any feedback – he is not even replying to any of the comments online, he literally doesn’t care about anything else but money – maybe that’s why he driving tesla? AVOID

Couple months back, I took my phone for a backlight replacement and was completely sure it was the backlight, they disagreed saying that only the screen needed replacement. I agreed, I came back with the price being nearly doubled and the time nearly doubled as well. Now, miraculously the backlight has started working again by it self but there are no touch inputs what so ever. I can guarantee that this is the shops fault as there is no damage on the screen at all, nor water damage. I could tell there was no touch input quite a while back but didn’t think anything of it. (I could tell by the noises the phone would make upon a button being pressed). Now, I have a useless IPhone 8 because of these guys. Not only wasting my time but also wasted my money because I put in a “deposit” while they gave me the phone in worse condition than I gave them.

Terrible.

Terrible experience from start to finish. Paid PS190 for a new screen on an iPhone 11 that kept lighting up and twitching and didn’t have the same quality light as the one before. I ended up having to go to Ismash to get another because it was draining my battery. Little guy with the hat was very rude and lied to me on numerous occasions throughout.
