Dishonest and manipulative! He told me EUR39.95 for a battery replacement and then he said, “I’m going to give you a new protector too.” I’ve had phone repair shops include this in the past, so that was certainly the expectation. After a pleasant conversation, he then tried to charge me EUR15 for the screen protector. It also wouldn’t fit with my current case so he then tried to get me to buy his case. So he wanted me to pay EUR70! I ended up paying EUR50 and now I can’t type and need to buy a new screen protector because there are bubbles in it.
Very impressed! I went in with a problem with my Laptop, he knew right away what I was talking about and the Problem was fixed in record time at a very fair Price, this guy knows his stuff and provides a fantastic Service with helpful tips and ideas to keep everything running smoothly. He is professional, helpful and friendly and saved me a lot of trouble today!

My laptop was so noisy that I couldn’t even here the audio when I am watching a movie. It was so irritating. But then I came here to get it fixed. Now it’s runny smoothly like in a marathon!! Thumbs up to Ali Great job and very friendly.
