I shopped here on two occasions. The first was last year when i was looking for connectors to fix my ebike. Even though i did not find the one i was looking for specifically, i was satisfied with the service provided by the young guy working there.

Recently i drove here all the way from hawkesbury for a good deal on a playstation controller dock . When i could not find it myself, i approached the lady behind the counter, but she was busy talking with two other people and seemed unwilling to help. She told me to wait, so i decided to have another look on my own, with no luck. Sensing her apparent exasperation the second time around, i left empty-handed.

Yes, their selection of items is impressive to the point where you need help navigating through it all, but the lady’s customer service skills and manners leave a lot to be desired

Came in to shop for a speaker and the manager held me AGAINST MY WILL in the back room because she and her partner alleged that I knowingly misappropriated a hose several months ago – something I vehemently denied. Forced me to pay $40+tax under DURESS and, once I gave in and paid out of fear for my safety, the two FOLLOWED ME out of the store alleging that the hose was in my trunk!! They were insisting to look inside my trunk and tried opening it, but at that point, I told them they have no right to go through my property and simply drove away. I am NEVER shopping there again.

My order was not fulfilled. I made a mistake on my phone number at the check out so they couldn’t contact me. However I messaged them several times without response about my order. When they saw my review suddenly they were responsive to my email.. They got my money refunded tho.

Imo they should remove items that are not in stock. And they should contact customers through phone as well as email. Mistakes happen all the time, the thing is that is important how you respond to them.. I don’t think they handled it well.
