On the worst day possible for it to happen my phone packed up on me. Having been to another repair store who butchered my phone and then said they couldn’t help, I went to Sussex Mobiles, they were amazing! They took my phone, calmed me down, and set me off for the day having made sure I was contactable on another phone. Whilst when I went back they hadn’t been able to repair my phone, they continued to do everything they could to retrieve all the information from my phone, and get it onto the one I was having to use. They were honest and open about everything they were doing the whole time and such a pleasure to deal with.

Superb customer service. Having been scammed online for a mobile phone unlock I went to Sussex Mobiles and they took the time to work out the network my handset was locked to and before proceeding to unlock the phone they checked how I would use the handset (it was an old iPhone) to be sure that when it was unlocked it would do what I needed. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend them.

Went into Sussex Mobiles Ltd today as I needed another phone as mine has stopped working. After reading the reviews, I was happy to give them my business. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The guys were really helpful & friendly. Not only did the guy transfer all my data over to my new phone, but he also put all my apps back on my homescreen. I will definitely be using them again.
