The owner contacted me and explained everything in detail as to why things were like that, as well as taking the phone back and re repairing the torch. So eventually much happier with it.

Would rate lower but Google wouldn’t allow. Overall negative experience, told to return two extra times. When arrived both times the phone wasn’t ready and the staff were rude. Finally got the phone back covered in glue and with the torch half out of the phone. Lost my phone case in the process and then said that it didn’t come with one. Spoke to the staff and was greeted with rudeness and “nothing we can do now”.

My wife and I needed to upgrade our phones, especially my old antiquated prehistoric 11 year old Samsung S4 Mini so went to Swad Mobiles, I must say that Ahmed the owner was absolutely brilliant with us, any problems we had about transferring data from old phones to the new phones we purchased were sorted, nothing was too much trouble for him. After the service we received we would never dream of going anywhere else for our phones or problems, thanks Ahmed, would give 10 stars if we could and would recommend him to everyone.

Went in to repair my charging port.

Took the screen off and cracked the screen all across when doing so.

Claimed to have fixed the port.

Tried to pretend the crack was already there and didn’t mention it. 2 days later charging port doesn’t work.

Really unimpressed and expensive. (PS25)
