EDIT: I am NOT the person they have mentioned below and based on their response will not be calling them to discuss this as I don’t feel the need nor necessity to do so. This company should consider that not all interactions are recent and people can leave reviews at any point whether it the same day, next week or 10 years later and should not be so quick as to assume that all interactions are digitally recorded in an attempt to prove someone wrong.

Swan computers are a great example of professionalism and customer service. Extremely well priced and speedy service, the gentleman who served me made it all extremely easy to understand. I highly recommend this business to anyone no matter how small or big your computer/video game problem might be.

wrong diagnosis said laptop needs motherboard as laptop wont start. i walked out however, tried new charging cable myself and all is working fine, using same laptop to write this review. Cost me PS20 diagnosis but saved myself PS800. In addition that i had to call in twice for an update.
