Went in to see if they could repair my laptop cord, and found out cost to repair would be more expensive than buying a new cord. Very pleased that they had exactly my brand name laptop cord in stock for $35, with a guarantee, which I immediately purchased! No need to go to Amazon, and have to search and wait for delivery. 🙂
Dylan is very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He replaced my hard drive and did a thorough cleaning. Very timely and a good price. As everything was new to me I had to call him a couple of times and he walked me through over the phone. It is worth the drive to Essex if you need computer work.
