had a virus, was told it will be around $40 to fix. took the computer down ended up costing a lot more. took the computer back and nothing worked and when called back to fix the problems, they wanted to charge more
not to mention they didnt backup my desktop which had my sons 1st bday.

Very dishonest, come across very cheap when i compared them with other companies but over blown the problem.
i contacted fair trading picked up the laptop from them and got it fixed without replacing any parts as they originally claimed.
Lucky i didnt fall for the trap and wanted to warn other users
