Called the store first for Laptop OS issue, a guy gave $120 quote to reinstall OS and do backup, but by the time I reached store, which was within 20 min, another guy (different guy possibly from Pakistan), overridden the price given by previous guy and changed it to a variable claiming that it will be minimum $180 or even more, depending on time it will take. I asked but why other guy quoted $120, who was looking clearly puzzled by now because he knew it does not cost that much and it is unethical and immoral to quote one price first and then unapologetically change the quote price for no reason and without giving any proper explanation.

Yes a wrong price could have been quoted over the phone but then you would apologise to customer first for giving false information and making them come to your shop but clearly he tried to overcharge and tried to exploit situation, just because he could.

I would avoid them at all cost. Better to go to professionals who knows how to respect customers and their time.

After reading the Google reviews, I was hesitant. When I arrived and handed my PlayStation 5 in I was expecting a massive bill as iv been quoted hundreds more than what iv paid. But after it was all set and done he called me and only charged me 140 for a software issue. He could’ve charged me more and I wouldn’t have known better. But he was honest and wasn’t fishing for the bigger pay day. Which I appreciate, thank you again I’ll will be taking my phones for repair here also when they give out.

Lovely guy.. he said I can see you have a lot of dust in your charge port, come back in 20 minutes, I want to meticulously clean the port.
Came back 17 minutes later.. $40 all fixed and charged up to 71%…
He saved me that day.. great service with a smile
