We were travelling in our RV through Kelowna and experienced computer troubles. Researched online for computer tech and found John. Called and he said bring it infor a consultation. He checked it over and we picked it up the next morning. He explained that there was a deep rooted problem that would take some time to diagnose further. As we were bound for Alberta and time was a factor we could not leave it longer. He explained the details of the problem and said there was no charges involved. Thank you John for the honest evaluation and your time. I will go back to him anytime we have trouble when we are in Kelowna again!
