Here definitely nothing works on-point! The customer service ist unfriendly, they refused to change the billing address. The delivery doesn’t work at all and the agreed delivery date was missed without any notification. Their third party delivery service only delivers to the doorstep, which means you have to carry your stove/washing machine etc. upstairs on your own. Neither talk point or the delivery service respond to calls or emails. We probably have to arrange another delivery, which means taking off days from work for two people, since they don’t help you carrying to the apartment. Its just another huge hassle for us. We actually try to support small companies and vendors by buying directly, but this experience makes me think about buying at Amazon.

I almost bought a phone from this company but after looking at the 5 star reviews closely, the majority of them seem fake!
A lot them are accounts with only a few reviews each and they are almost all for the same companies – talk-point, an insurance company and a voluntary fire brigade (?). Weird!
I emailed them some questions about a phone and they never replied but I’m glad now.

I ordered a phone and I’m from Slovenia, It had some problem, so I sent them an email and they responded immediately. They sent me a form to fill out, and they paid the shipping both ways. I sent it back on Saturday and received it back on Friday fixed. I’m really impressed, because it was not a software issue and shipping took 4 working days in both ways.
