I went in today in a total panic, trying to get a SIM card into a new phone for my 91 yr old Dad. I went to Vodafone first as that’s where the phone was bought the day before (Lisburn branch) and after a long wait they couldn’t get the sim in – so I was sent a few doors down to the talk shalk- the gentleman was polite and extremely helpful and had the sim in, phone working and me calm in less than 2 mins – I was so pushed for time today he really was a life saver and my lovely Dad (who is in a nursing home) now has a working phone. To top it all, he didn’t even charge me – how kind is that!
Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Five stars x

Great experience all round, had a very badly smashed back, torch and flash of an i phone replaced here and first class job was done, only took a day and the guy was so helpful and pleasant, I would highly recommend and go back again in the future if needing any repairs

Such a brilliante shop went there today to get my phone fix excellent customer service and very friendly and helpful staff and very reasonable price too would really recommend these guy’s you won’t be disappointed b3st of luck with the new shop guys ……
